No stars for me leaky he might try to talk a good talk but is one of the worst barbers ive had im nello i go on to test barbers yo see if they care an... have the experience they say in the business they choose mr.leaks trys to talk a good talk an his location might get you to think he is a good barber,oh also his pictures with clients with color hairs designs an what not isnt his full work dont let it hype you up for nothing he didnt use any conditioner or such products to line up my lining an Beard he half ass the job on every part of my face beard all around wasnt completed or have the look i wanted he didnt get my side of my head correct he left long haira sticking out so others can see when i put my long hair up, i asked at the end about eyebrows hw said oh thats extra 25 so ontop of 65 already no brother your skills dont match prices keep it real your broke an stealing peoples money not giving 100% detailed professional services seems your just trying to get by an take advantage of anyone. God bless but you need to be careful because like you said we are the ones who have to wear thus look outside not you. You dont have my recommendation at all i dont appreciate your services an when i texted trying to do things right to ser what can be done to fix things you ignored me so hey you gonna get what you ask for god dont like ugly brother .. keep yo head up leaky!! I was charged $50, despite the website stating $40. The haircut quality was subpar, and I will not be returning. As a barber instructor, I expect a hi...gher standard of haircutting skills and customer service. Rushing me out of the chair to accommodate another client was unprofessional, especially considering the haircut took a mere 15 minutes. The late start to our appointment only added to my disappointment. Show more

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this barber. After rescheduling my appointment at their request, they cancelled just 4 mi...nutes before the new time. This was especially frustrating because I had already spent time and money on an Uber to get there. The courteous thing would have been to notify me earlier, but instead, they sent a last-minute message after we had already spoken twice on the phone that day. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to call me directly. They also didn't respond to my response to the cancellation text. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone who charges for cancellations. Clearly, they don't value their clients' time as much as their own. I won't be returning and would not recommend this barber to anyone. Response: Our last communication at 9:26 was that you were getting dressed and getting ready to head out. It would have been helpful to know before 10:31 that you weren't going to make the 10:35 appointment. The issue for me was that instead of calling, you sent a last-minute text and didn't respond to my reply, leaving me outside for 10-15 minutes without any clarity. The next time I heard from you was a missed call and a text about this review. Acknowledging the situation and saying you had a mishap this morning would have prevented this misunderstanding. I completely understand accidents happen and was willing to reschedule. What was difficult to accept was the lack of communication at 10:45 and the overall professionalism. Show more

I injured my ankle and on crutches I called to reschedule and unfortunately couldn't physically make it at the time. being unprofessional would be the opposite of what was done meaning no communication!
